The slats are manufactured with a multi-layer construction for superb durability and lifespan. The easy lift ottoman mechanism is powered with quality gas pistons enabling the storage to be accessed with minimal effort. Once the bed is raised the pistons will hold it in place allowing hands free access to the large storage area.
